Michelle Florendo is a decision engineer and executive coach for Type-A professionals. She is known for her analytical approach to coaching, where she uses a blend of decision science, systems thinking, and design thinking to help her clients map their path forward. She is passionate about helping people make decisions with intention and clarity, from the small consistent micro decisions over time that govern how you show up as a leader, to the big macro decisions you make about what strategic direction to take next. Michelle has coached hundreds of professionals over more than a decade and has shown professionals around the world how to use decision sciences to grow their impact in a sustainable way. Prior to coaching, she worked in management consulting, brand management, and at the intersection of education and technology.


Michelle has coached leaders in a number of industries, including tech, healthcare, and financial services, in organizations ranging from pre-IPO startups to major tech companies including Amazon, Salesforce, Google, and Meta.
