Ana Estrada Daniels has over 20 years of experience working with individuals, teams, and organizations to develop their capacity to lead and influence at all levels through leadership development and coaching. Ana accomplishes this by building relationships with clients to gain an understanding of their challenges, opportunities, and desired impact while looking across their evolving landscape. The drive behind her work is a desire to create equitable environments where all people have the opportunity to belong and thrive. She has experience working with people and organizations within corporations, government, nonprofit, philanthropic and educational sectors.


Ana specializes in leadership and career development, executive coaching, building human networks, community outreach, program evaluation, research and facilitation. Ana’s commitment to service was sparked during her AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps national service years.
